Alternative Careers in Health Promotion and Education Bridging Program is tailored to enhance the employment and educational prospects of internationally trained physicians for non-practitioner roles in Ontario’s healthcare ecosystem. This 24-week blended program includes four courses and offers placement opportunities (not guaranteed due to COVID impact).

2.Health Promotion and Education Foundations
3.Business Communication and Cultural Competence
4.Careers

Eligibility:

Medical Degree from an institution outside of Canada (WES or equivalent)
Credential evaluation assistance available for specific countries
Permanent Resident, Convention Refugee, protected persons, Ukrainian Temporary Resident, Refugee Claimant, Naturalized Canadian Citizen
Minimum English Level of CLB 8/9
In Canada for 7 years or less
Reside in Ontario
